Please let me introduce myself.  My name is Mitch Ribak.  I have owned Tropical Realty of Suntree, Inc since March of 2005.  Many of my friends have asked me why I started this company.  The reality is, I wanted to insure all my customers were getting the treatment and representation they deserve.  When I first got in the business I saw things that were very disturbing.  I almost left the business.  I went home to my wife and discussed this with her.  When I explained my discomfort with some of the things I didn’t like about this industry, she said something that changed my goals and attitude forever.  She told me that for every person I didn’t help (in their home buying experience); they had the chance of having a bad experience.  She was right!   I know that I have worked extremely hard to make sure my customers have always had excellent transactions.  That doesn’t mean we never have a transaction without a bump in the road.  However, when we do, you can have the confidence we are right there to stand behind our work and take care of the situation. 

            When I started to grow the company, hiring Agents was extremely difficult.  It would normally take me 10 interviews to find the 1 person I wanted to hire.  The most important qualities to me were honesty, ethics and personality.  If they had those three traits, I would be able to teach them what they needed to know in this business.  All my Agents are honest, ethical and have great personalities!  They all have the same driven desire to help our clients.  They all know that if they work real hard to help our clients, not only will they get paid; they will receive the satisfaction of helping you buy your home. Our commissions are never put ahead of our clients.  You do, and will always come first. 

            My Guarantee to you is simple.  If you are not happy with your Agent for any reason, I will pay you 25% of the commission that my Brokerage receives.  It’s that simple.  Just call me and tell me the situation, and I will have a check cut.  That is how much faith I have in my Agents.  I consider myself very lucky and I am so proud to have such a wonderful staff of Agents and administrators.  In fact, at the end of every transaction I send a survey to our clients.  We receive almost every one back and they all are raving reviews of our Agents.  I’m so proud of them all.
